• In line with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, it may request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear,
• Request that the third parties to whom your information is transferred be notified of your editing and destruction requests regarding your data,
• Object to the emergence of a result against you as a result of the analysis of your processed data through automated systems,
• If you think that you have suffered damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data and if you have suffered damage due to this reason, you can request the removal of your damage.

Your requests in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. if your application requires an additional cost, you may have to pay the fee amount in the tariff to be determined by the Advanced Protection Board.
