Return & Refund
In the event that the customer receives a damaged or faulty product directly, the shipping costs for the return belong to Scooter Shoes. Otherwise, the return shipping fee belongs to the customer for all cases. If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us within 15 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or if the product has been used within 15 days, the product will not be returned.
